How to Backfill CUR From AWS to Stratusphere™ FinOps

  1. Sign in to Management (Payer) account

  2. Go to Support → Create Case

    Sign in to Management (Payer) account

  3. Enter the following selections and then press Next:

    • Account and Billing
    • Service: Billing
    • Category: Invoices and Reports
    • Severity: General Question

    Enter the following selections and then press Next:

  4. Enter the following Subject and Description:
    Subject:

    • Backfill Data for CUR report scip-cur-report

    Description:

    • If all data not desired enter a timeframe into the request, ex: 2022-01-01 through 2022-12-31
    • Request to backfill all available CUR data into report scip-cur-report

    Enter the following Subject and Description:

  5. Select Next and/or Submit until you reach the Contact Us Page

  6. Choose preferred contact method and additional email address

    Select Next and/or Submit until you reach the Contact Us Page

  7. Once AWS Support has backfilled the data and resolved the case reach out to Stratusphere™ FinOps support (support@stratusphere.app) with details of the time period AWS was able to backfill data and the organization the data is for.
